Tailback Adam Vesterfelt had 274 yards rushing. Vesterfelt [20] is pictured below scoring the Vikings first TD at the 7:28 mark of the first quarter.


After East had driven to the 1 yard line towards the close of the first quarter the Viking defense made a key goalline stand. On first down [above left] Sam Fischer and Jeff Henke [65] made a stop for a loss. On second down [above right] Brad Money forced East QB Alex Lockwood [12] to throw the ball away. On third down [below] Nick Munger [32] and Nate Moench [45] tackled Tyrone Galvin for a loss forcing a field goal attempt.


East kicker Coleman Frasier [86] kicked a field goal with time running out in the first quarter to make the quarter score Parker 7, East 3.

Junior Vernon Franklin is shown lining up in the fourth quarter. Seconds later he caught a 22 yard TD pass from Decker Thompson. Franklin's TD gave Parker a 41-24 lead with 2:17 left in the game.
