Parker staff member Dick Schuh is shown above and below orientating students to the expectations and safety procedures used in the Paker Strength Center. Younger athletes use plastic sand filled tubes until they are experienced enough to use the free weights. The JAB's workouts are supervised during the day by Joe Dye, Dick Schuh, Mike Smrekar, and Michael Furhmann who are the varsity coaches. The ninth and sophomore football coaches supervise the night sessions. The coaches are not paid. They volunteer their time. |

Freelancing is not an option. Athletes follow a prescribed workout which they record each day. Speed, agility and strength are the skills that are practiced each day. |
